I have my laptop back now, it's fixed. But then I lost everything - my papers, reviewers, MY NOTES!!!, PHOTOS!!!!, MUSIC!!!!!, videos, and others.:-( I seriously feel like crying. HELLO. I might as well have lost my life, it's one and the same thing. Makes no difference. (K, fine, I'm exaggerating. But you get my point.) Aaaaaaak, how could you Norton Anti-Virus???????

Anyway, I can still smell my hand. Sigh. Nope, not again. K, bye.
